About Common Areas

Q: Is reservation required to use the common areas?
A: Hotel guests do not have to reserve any of the common areas. However, please note that the spaces are limited and are available based on first-come-first-serve policy.
* Common areas may be temporarily unavailable due to company workshop s or events.

Q: Can we bring external guests to the common areas?
A: Yes. Please ask contact@hotel-graphy.com for details.

Q: Is it available 24-hours?
A: Yes. However, as a courtesy to the other guests, please lower your voice and reduce noises after 10pm (until 8am).
* Rooftop terrace is open from 9am to 9pm.

Q: Do guests have to clean the common areas after using?
A: Our housekeeping staff cleans the common areas every day. However, we kindly ask our guests to wash the dishes and clean up after using the facilities as they used to be before using.

About Hotel Rooms

Q: What are the basic room amenities/facilities?
A: All rooms have refrigerator, air-conditioning, desk and chair. All bathrooms are equipped with towels, face towels, toothbrush, and hair dryer.

Q: Can we use internet?
A: Yes. Wi-Fi is available in every room.

Q: Can we rent additional amenities?
A: You can rent or buy the followings here, and some of them require deposit or fee.

  • Humidifier/air purifier
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Extra toiletries and towels
  • Laundry detergent


General Inquiries

Q: What time is your check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is between 3pm~11pm. Check-out is until 10am. 
The entrance will be locked after 12am, so if you would be arriving later after 11pm, please contact us in advance.
* For any no-show without notice after 11pm, their reservation may be cancelled.

Q: What is the payment method?
A: We accept cash and credit card(Visa / MasterCard / American Express).

Q: If I cancel my booking, will I have to pay cancellation fees?
A: Fees may apply for last-minute cancellation. Please refer to the reservation policy at the time you made your booking.

 Q: Is it possible to leave luggage at the hotel before check-in and/or after check-out?
A: Yes. Our front desk can take care of your luggage from 7:30am to 11pm. If you wish to leave your luggage after check-out, please make sure to pick it up on the same day.

Q: What is the minimum age to stay at the hotel without a guardian?/Do you accept young children?
A: Guests under 18 can stay only when with a guardian or parent. Children under 6 years of age are allowed to stay for free with parents; however please note that we do not provide any baby equipment such as baby beds, cribs, chairs, etc.

Q: Can we make booking for another person or under a company name?A: Yes, however, when making a reservation for a third party, please also provide the name of the person who will be staying at the hotel. If you are looking to book for/as a group, please contact us directly for details.
